Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with the seal sticker intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required(Order number from laparfaitcosmetics.com) We cannot process refunds for items purchased from third-party vendors. Please contact the vendor directly for any return or refund requests.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products such as lipsticks, lip glosses, blushes, eyeliners, and similar items cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee
Some products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
