Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel their order within 2 Hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact us at Support@laparfaitcosmetics.com or call our customer service number 305-600-3313 with your order details.
Once an order has been processed, shipped, or fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.
Subscription / Recurring Purchases
If you offer subscriptions or recurring purchase options:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at 305-600-3313.
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
- Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable except as required by law.
Refunds After Cancellation
- If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-5 Business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if:
- The order has already been processed or shipped
- The request falls outside the allowed cancellation window
